OWL-TYPE JUG

A faience owl-type jug, pear shape with a strap handle and an almost closed neck terminating in a narrow spout with a relief ring, on the white glaze polychrome décor in high-fire colours: on the front, a scene with birds and floral motifs. H. 24,5 cm. On the base brush mark "M". Condition C. Cracked handle, hairline cracks, abrasions.
