Binding damaged through use, text block in good condition, only minor stains, bumped corners, and slight traces of woodworm; endpapers lacking. A historic cookbook in which the printed recipe for trdelník (chimney cake) was first published. This cookbook offers various period recipes and is significant for the study of culinary history. This undated Czech edition was based on the second German edition printed in Graz in 1816.
